Lunara Botanics – Returns & Refund Policy
At Lunara Botanics, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and your experience with us.
Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products only.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
• Opened or used tea products
• Any consumable product that has been opened
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lunarabotanic.earth
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
